here i'm at terschelling,netherlands
after 13hrs of flight, 1hr bus and 1 hr fast ferry. we landed on the shores of Terschelling in the town of west terschelling.
There are three main villages: Westerschelling, Midsland and Hoorn. The island is c. 30 km long and nearly 4 km wide, with an area of 9616 hectares.
school is only a short walk away. course schedule is not that packed.
nearest town is about 15mins away. but we could easily access to other towns via bus which cost 1 euro and 2.5euro for their version of night rider.
breakfast and lunch is basically bread, ham and cheese, only dinner is hot food -_-
Terschelling is basically like our sentosa, where the rest of the dutch people comes in trongs here in the weekends. monday till friday is quiet and apart from the locals you'll most likely see us walking ard.
but by Friday afternoon, you can see lots of them taking the ferry in. all the bikes rental shop displayed their gleming bikes for them. all along the road to town you can hear the clak clak clak sounds made by the wheels of the luggages being lunged around.

289SA is a new battlion formed fully in March 09. Her sister battlions are 286SA, and the upcoming 292SA. This battlion is run on bronco and primers platforms.
286, 289 and 292SA are under 89 Arty GP.
Expectations of a Nsmen

As Nsmen, you are required to be prepared to be called back for ICTs as well as Ops Manning (Mobilisation). You will have 2 Ops manning periods and one ICT per work year. In addition to that you are to clear your IPPT on a yearly basis, and if you fail, complete the RT program.

oh well 289SA here i come.Great to have a familiar team you know you can count on for the rest of your reservice period. =)

Dec 31 Day 1

Landed in macau international airport. where we have to transfer to HK via a ferry.
took a 30 mins ferry ride up to HK.
touching HongKong soil by 1800 we made our way up to USA hostal which was located in Mirador mansion sitting right on top of tsim Sha Tsui station.
we were given a 5 men room. which is erm.. reasonable..
5 hungry guys roamed the streets of hk.. desperate for food.. we rushed into DA JIA LE or so call cafe de coral for our first bite of food since morning 1000hrs. it's a fast food style food court, whereby you que to order then they process you through another que for your orders.

Finally after filling our poor stomach we headed towards ave of stars.. i thought only Singaporeans are the kaisu lot.. but boy oh boy.. we are so wrong there are throngs of people there! can hardly move ard so we decide to settle down in the middle of the road somewhere behind. With 3 hrs to kill.. our bodies decided to do some involuntary actions one their own..which is basically shivering cuz it's darn cold. brrr..

moments of excitement sounds through the streets with every min nearer the strike of midnight and finally 5 4 3 2 1!! whoosh out came the fireworks. 10 mins of pyrotechnics .
but it's kinda of disappointing nothing spectacular..
we took over and hr.. to move from ave of stars back to our place.. which normally will only take at most 10 mins.. imagine the crowd..

Day 2

went for walkabout starting from top till bottom.

Wong Tai San was our first stop. we pop by da jia le again for breakfast and decided that this is the last time we

should have da jia le. what's in that area is basically just a temple structure.

Cheung Sha Wan was next. there's nothing in that area!suppose to be a veg and potlry wholesell market but we are not

allow to go in so yar.. other then that it's a older housing area.

Sham Shui Po was next where we pop by a computer outlet building.. but alas! we were way too early.. when we arrive

only a few stores start pulling up thier shutters sigh..
we had this gu ling gao there. it was yummylious! athought abit ex. $HKD42 for a cup. but it's really nice haha

So being the very kei kiang me i suggest that we walk to prince edward.. got abit de-toured in the process haha walk

for over an hr and we made a big round to bypass the same place we started off(that's after lots of asking.

apparently lots of them also dunno their directions..)

Upon reaching Prince Ewdard, we headed for the goldfish street. then ladies streets and all e others streets.(all 3

streets is next to each other but starts from Prince Ewdard all the way till mongkok.
Sport shoes streets and ladies street is at the Mongkok side while Goldfish and flower street is at Prince ewdard

From noon till dusk we walk shop bargain eat shoot shop again.

Day 3

BIG buddha and Disneyland(HK)

another day of early rising. took a train to tung cheng the last station after sunny bay.
where we took Ningbo 360 a 25-30 mins cable car ride up to the place of Big buddha. from the cable car one can see

HK international airport and the inlet bay quite a nice view. but please go early cuz when we return in the noon the

que was terrible. what took us 10 mins in que would easily take you over and hr in the afternoon.

view at Big buddha is quite nice got quite a long flight of steps up.. but if you plan to trek there.. please spare

half a day there as there's lots of tracks leading all around. One can visit wisdom paths if you like,it's a 15mins

walk from the buddha. The place is basically stake with wooden poles with words of wisdom inscriped on it. take the

same path back would be good unless you wanna start exploring like us which was a bad mistake. instead of 20 mins it

took us over an hr to get back via running..

taking the cable car back down towards the station, we pop by city gate. A place where wholesale factory outlets are

. lots of brands with mouth dropping prices totally good place for shopping.

Disneyland was next we drop off at sunny bay for a train transfer to Disneyland.
Disneyland remains somewhat the same from the last time i step in.
only additional is a not very nice exhibation call it's a small world.
manage to catch the last christmas parade . fireworks reamins at the same timing of 1900hrs.

Day 4

Hong kong island.

Today we tread over unto HK island taking the well known Star ferry.
after a 5 mins boat ride we proceed towards western market and start our journey from there.
after breakfast near western market we walk along hollywood ave all the way till where peak tram is located.
Both mid-level esclator and Lan Gui Fang is near to Peak tram.
Peak tram comes every 10 mins. take about 15mins to go up.
The peak has change since. now there's a place called sky terrace quite worth it to go up. very windy!!
central was next. we pop by H&M it's huge! and lots of sales. haha
times square was next on the list.

finally after that we proceed to hong hum for the gundam expo at meteropolis (nothing much there)

Day 5

Basically spent doing last mins shopping at ladies st again and SOGO to buy lao po bing.
head over back to macau.
arrive back in macau ard 1600 and manage to find a super cheap hotel called East ASIA HOTEL near the places of

interests.
walk about macau for abit there's a map indicating the tourist routes so quite simple. just need to follow the

gravel path.
pop by grand lizbo casino(just 10 mins walk from ym hotel) after dinner. hmz.. nothing really fanstic haha
didn't spent long in there cuz non of them wanted to gamble.
bought more almond biscuits from the famous shop.. they had like 4 shop fronts along one strecth of street super kua

zhang.

Day 6

arrive in macau airport early in the morning for flight back..
pass by the world famed venictian hotel. which we plan to but end up didn't go..
nothing opens. super hungry. haha
wolf down a double whopper once we arrive back in sg.
slurps. Home sweet Home.

100Km walk was flagged off.
Being the usual me. i printed everything from maps to checkpts to specific timings..
BUT i forgot to bring everything!!
therefore we had to follow behind other team. haha cuz all we had was a checkpt list..
Ten check points in total each indicating a 10km mark.

It's truly a walk to remember.. and to be done once ONLY.
of 6.. 2 had knee problem/ 1 had ankle problem/ 1 had sever ligament stress/ 1 had shin fatigue/ 1 had no problem..

To start all with all of us had no training prior to this walk and the longest any of us slept the previous day was 4hrs..
this walk was totally a mental battle for any of us or rather anyone in the 100km cat.
weather was not forgiving either it's scorching hot for both the days. after 70km all of us was in the zombie state, both aloy and i actually sleep walk..
70km onwards was the killer portion cuz the route covers changi coastal road which is one very very long stretch of road al the way till ecp.
this walk is also a very expensive one cuz nearly every ckpt we went to buy a meal.. 5 main 3 small meals over 2 days.

Good job guys for making it that far it's really a plesure walking with you fellows.
something you could be proud of. woohraa!

yes.. another back to back holiday str8 after aust.. hoho am totally enjoying my self spending silly...

well cindy was totally nice to get her dad down to yishun to pick me up so early in the morning.
reach airport just awhile after the rest. after check in we had breakfast at han's..
budget airport.. is really budget.. sheesh
i think vietnam airport even better then our budget...

upon arrival we hop onto the pre arranged taxi service with bring us to our hotel..
can't remember the name.. but the street address stays deeply in my head..

Day 1 (28/11/08)

went for lunch at lemongrass, then head down to Ben Thanh market. it's basically like our wet market.. just super size it and divide it into 2 different sectors outer and inners. For outer sectors it's mainly souvenirs for inner sectors it's further divided into 4 major sections namely handicraft/food/clothes/bags.
after walking ard buying stuffs like cashew nuts and coffee, we went back hotel for a rest..
before head back to Ben Thanh Night Market which is like our pasa malum and that's where you will find all the Addias and Nike shirts.
went Ngon for dinner(marche style.. just that you order and they serve str8 to your table)

Day 2 (29/11/08)

Cu Cui tunnel and cao dai here we come. bus ride was about 3hrs? we visited the temple first just in time to catch the afternoon prayers. the origin of cao dia was quite interesting.. i can't remember anything the guide was talking about so can't really give a detailed explanation. it's made up of 4 different religion chrisitian,taoist, 2 other i can't remember.. went for lunch which was hmz.. i would say it's quite nice.. i knoe my tour mates will totally disagree with me.. haha it's basically steam rice top with really colourful veggies and the main dishes will be served on other plates. like i mention.. out of 5.. 4 gave bad review..
still trust my taste? haha

After the "outstanding" lunch we took another half hour bus ride to Cu Cui tunnel
Cucui tunnel was basically a tunnel system dug entirely by hand throughout the viet nam war. it's not dug by south or north but rather by the villagers themselves.
the tunnel system is one of the most impressive underground system ever built by human. consisting of 3 different levels. 2-3m 5-7m 8-10m underground. each some areas are big enough to hold a meeting in there. others are simply just small tunnel about .9m high and .6m across. but the one open to public was widen to allow tourist to enter in.
each tunnel system had their own defense system. for gas, flood, etc
they even have a smoke-less kitchen where by smoke will get re-routed into a small hole several meters away from the kitchen with lot of small openings along the entire smoke tunnel. thus dispersing the smoke relative near to the ground in small amount.
kk prob dun touch on all this if not will be an essay liao..
went stella for dinner. pizza fiesta!

Day 3 (30/11/08)

Mekong delta! the life giver of HCMC.
2half hour on a mini bus to the jetty and a short boat ride to coconut island. where they made coconut candy and every other things out of coconut. the coconut candy when served hot is woohoo, super nice! but the cold harden version i won't comment on it..
transfer to a short bike trip down to another place for tea. mixed with honey. which is quite refreshing. my groupie had a chance to take photo with the local star.. a 2m long python! ha!
After the drink we transfer to a sampan along a small stretch of inlet there the locals use the oldest method known to man.. paddling to get us to the inlet opening where our boat was waiting for us, few of us got a chance to do the paddling.
went to Eagles' island which was in front of coconut island. there we had lunch which was erm.. 'nice' is hardly the word to use.They serve a fish call Mekong fish, they way they present is kinda hmz unique.. the fish was deep fried then made to stand the then help of 4 chopsticks.
There's hardly any eagles to see.. rather.. none.. boo
After lunch it's boat ride to another island for fruits.
like my friend phrase it.. "da chuan huan xiao chuan, xiao chuan huan da chuan"
this is really the case of swapping mode of transport to everyother place we visited.
and everyother places we visited we had something to munch on. it's liken to a food tasting trip
we had dinner at a corner shop(santa's corner i believe) totally a wrong choice bleahs. food not really that fantastic..

Day 4 (1/12/08)

Head out early to Notre Dame Cathedral. which looks like that actual Cathedral back in erm.. france?
Head to ngon for breakfast had a hard time explaining to the staff about our choice of food.
after breakfast we stroll over Reunification palace for some photos. decided against going in.
as it's not worth it to spend the money for half and hour..(they have a closing time and we are just half hour away form the closing time. the place i reckon would take about and hour or more the walk finish. )
went back to Ben Thanh market to do last min shopping. all of them are really putting in effort to spend the last of their Dongs.
not worth it to bring it back.. even though i would love to bring back some.. haha =\
Flight back to SG.

AUSTRALIA
Brisbane and Sydney

flew out to Brisbane on the 19th 2330.. flight was re-schedule from the original 2130hr..
totally nua over 2 hrs in the airport.
flight was 7hrs and 45mins.
touch down and clear Brisbane international airport at nearly 10am. 20th
where joanna was waiting for me. went for brunch near Mt cootha.went up Mt cootha for a view of Brisbane city nice place you could see all most the entire city from up there.
pop by UQ when jo needs to renew her student id. after a tour of the campus we went up to her place to drop my stuffs and change.nice placejust like your normal apartment. with her was simon and meiqi(dunno how to spell). Took city cat ( a river taxi service that run from city to UQ )
into the city which was supposed to be the faster way into city.
the entire river was muddy due to the recent thunderstorm in bris which i suppose was quite a bad one if the entire length of the river is mud colour. which reminds me of Brunei.. walk around bris city which was easily covered as it's quite small by measure..went to get a bubble tea...
the price was.. AUS$4!! sharks.. that could buy 3 bubble tea with extra bubbles in sg.
head to South bank for dinner. and caught james bond there..which was.. erm.. no really nice ahha
there's one thing about the cinema it's free seating!! so you just walk in and choose you own seat.. but being full hse.. everyone was told to move to e center and not to leave a space. it's so pack till some had to seat on the steps.
had turkey-styled dinner which was slurps gd. ha
it's poured again when we were halfway through the meal.
Lydia was kind enough to send us back home =) thanks Lydia!

21th
slept in jo's hse till 9. all of them went off early for morten island camp that morning.
after which walk over to carol's friend hse which was 2 streets away.
they stayed in a town hse which was abit older but alot more spacious.
there's lots of people there haha.. carol came over bris with 3 other friend namely : Ryan. Kenny. Andrew. where they bunk in with.. shenwee, June, Lydia,Lydia's bf, another couple visiting from sg on recee and one more fellow who got kick out from campus cuz he finished his deg. so total there was 11 people in the hse! partyyy ahha
well went down to surfer's paradise for that sunny day!!
surfing was.. terribly SHIOK! ohoh actually i didn't intent to touch water that day as i neber bring any thing there apart from my cams.. but what the heck since i'm in Gold Coast surfer's Paradise why not do what the local do! SURF.
woohoo neber regret it super shiok. manage to surfed a little after countless knocks tumbles and roll.
Had dinner at Norman's hotel. the food there was woohoo good!

22th

went down to New farm farmer's market to walk ard. it's a place where all e farmer's would bring their stuffs there for sale. quite a interesting place. there was this soft candy which you would find in candy stores. that thin strips of candy which comes in different colours, coated with sugar and taste abit sour.. it's selling there too... in XXXXXL size. one strip is about the length of your arm and prob 1 cm across. sheesh.
took a flight at bris domestic airport to Sydney with carol and gang.
the moment i step out of the airport.. whoosh. a gush of strong wind hit me straight was jolted wide awake.. ani't it suppose to be summer?! what crap.. i was in t-shirt and shorts..
temp was 13 deg with strong wind. brr..gabe claimed that i bought the thunderstorm down to syd.. bleahz. the rest of them was like "yesh so good to be back, cooling"
return to carol's hse to put our stuffs before heading out for dinner. their hse faces sunset.. had a big spacious bacony where you can sit and enjoy the sunset.
went up to the rocks for dinner where we had a view of Sydney opera hse and the bridge. nice!
Had gourmet pizza for dinner. kangaroo/seafood and roast duck. all of us agree that roast duck was the best. went for chocolate dessert next at max brener.. it's good.. i tell you.. thick rich chocolate slurps!

23th

woke up early to attend service at hillsong church with carol which was a short bus ride away.service was great but abit short boo..
had lunch in chinatown and walk ard the weekend market nearby where we met up with ryan
after which we went to darling harbour and walk around thier cbd area for awhile. bought darrll lee's chocolate which was good and ex.. went back to collect my stuffs and met up with gabe who live 10 mins away from carol's hse. went shopping ard at their supermarket for stuffs.
return back to gabe's hse to paly guitar hero! he got the entire set.. from drum set.. 2x guitar and even a mic! omg so fun haha play till darn tired kept missing the beats snorts. maybe i'm just not good with music stuffs ahah.

24th
went out early to fish market for breakfast.. really have to walk for the food.. it's about 15mins walk from city. but the seafood there was superb. seafood booze slacking at the jetty side. sigh.. good life. went bondi beach after that it's a cresent shaped beach and good waves for surfing.
flight back landed sg 2230. 3hrs younger. haha!

this being a adventure race, route was only being issued out at 2315/11
teams pour over the maps, don their equipments, last mins check, waterproofing their maps etc.
De-brief was carried out at 2330/11. questions upon questions were asked and each dutifully answered by the organiser.
0000/12 was the push off timing for men's and women's team.
0030/12 was the push off for mixed team.

starts with a run from ngee ann till dairy farm road, where they reach the first obstacle namely rope ascend.
upon reaching the top it's another short run to their bike transition area.
cycling through Bt timah they face with the abseiling, due to the rain there's only one lane opened hence holding up most of the teams. climbing up to that point wasn't a piece of cake either.
after this they proceed towards zhenghua park for their team bia, covering 5k in total only 1 biker allowed and the other 2 will be running (switch are allowed)
after making a round loop at the park connector, they made their way towards mandai
via track 15. where they will arrive at checkpt 5 for the 900m tyre drag, up till this point only a few groups made it through easily as the rest went to visit Holland in mandai area. First team arrived back in End pt
after cp 5 they will proceed with a run via kranji dam to pick up their bike once again for the final bike ride to Lim chu kang(scout camp)
once they arrive a LCK, each team make their own way to cp 9 for fish catching where by they are given 3 colours and each has to catch a guppy of the indicated colour.
upon success, their will make their way back to scout camp for the next 3 checkpts within the camp compound.
the final checkpt 13 lies just a few km south of the camp.
the the final chop on their passport each team will make their way back to scout camp to conclude the event with a rest and hot breakfast.
for some.. it's a long ride home..

using flash for the first time was.. not really great but it's a good learn experience. my 50mm is stuck on my cam!! i think the len's threading got dented where i drop it last shoot...and now it refuse to detach

This weekend was kinda of flyby. everything happened so fast.
Fri
It all started with Eric's msg, on the slow friday afternoon "bro need help with shoot urgent" so i had to apply for a five min early release to fly down city hall for the shoot.
kinda of daunting for me cuz first time have to do a actual shoot ahha! He asked me so many things! -_-
so now i know there's actually alot of factors to take note of if conducting a portrait shot of someone eg, clothes/places/theme/time of day/mode of execution etc etc. so after several tries and crossing the traffic lights, finally there's a good enough shot to be send off. after which we had fun doing shots of each other using the lighting system.(darn lot of work) but the photos are really nice. one thing i concluded.. nikon system dun like canon user! i totally had trouble firing the strobes.. while Eric's just kept coming! argh!!!

Had to drag myself out of bed for the TNF 100 Endurance Race. where 300 teams of two would have to complete 50Km(each team member) off road for a spot in TNF Endurance race in Beijing + 5k cash money(hope i remember the prize correctly haha). arrived at the planned shooting point with the main bulk of people still a long way behind. Had fun throughout the shoot i would say it's worth it. apart from the mozzie filled start. >_<

Woke up early to shoot the "run for Hope" event. just so happen i was in that area haha pop by and shot.
it's a 4/10km run for a charity cause organised by ascis. there's not very good comments about the race organizing though. went service after that. was nodding throughout (not in agreement.. but in erm.. ya)

1 day 2 weddings + 1hr sleep
= totally stoned.

1st wedding was held by my cousin, it's a simple affair with wedding lunch @ Hilton.
there was a miscom with the makeup artist part, therefore i arrived.. 4am at her place, was wondering how come her makeup artist requested so early.. only to find out upon arrival the 4am slot is for her jie mei! argH.. her's only start at 0630 gosh. so help them out in the "sabo" preparation, had the suan tian ku la thing.
suan being lemon and lime mixed ice cubes
tian being gummy bears
ku being ku gua + pepper + salt + something i can recall
la being wasabi spread bread(this is horrible i can vouch its a whole tube spread over 4 bread.. that's how thick it was)
(i forsee my self eating all this stuffs in dec argh!)

so the groom arrives at 0730 does the usual of gate crashing and tio sabo process
after which they eventually come in to yet another challenge, wading up the stairs and answering some questions, sing song etc.

proceed with tea at groom's place

arrives at Hilton hotel for ROM and wedding lunch.
everything ended around 1600hr.

2nd wedding was held in Grand coprthon waterfront
military style wedding. being the only 2 kuku he invited from our camp. we sit in the table of misc friends which we never got to knoe their name even till e end of dinner ha!
like any other military wedding, they were to be stop at each sword bearer and be issue a challenge. cutting short they were only stopped at the first and last.
this dinner coincide with F1 finals, my friend decided to screen F1 live! thus this became a military cum F1-ish wedding. haha all of us are focus on the race while eating, they only cut telecast during speech's, 2nd march in and the yam sheng portion. dinner start with the race and ended with the race. just nice haha

well wedding bliss for both my cousin and my friend.
i heard more wedding bells.
prob can compile a ten year series on how to survive gate crashing after being though so many.. haha just a thought..

F1 IS HERE!

being actually there is totally SHIOK. the rev of the engine, the "thumping" sound produced by the changing of gears, the "jet-like" decibels created by the aerodynamically designed vehicle as they zip pass. the squalling of brakes during each corners. woo totally blows you away.

manage to obtain a 1 day walkabout pass for a mere amount of $20!

when straight after work manage to catch their first practice session. taking shots with my limited skill and lens is totally challenging coupled with the cold steel fence and barriers there,s a limited to how nice you can pan a shot. unless one has those monster lens.

but after 1hr. it got kinda bored. mixed with heavy gears and growling stomach we decide to pack and go.
when we got out of the secured area(the entire F1 area was fenced up therefore only those with pass able to get in), there's throngs of people jam pack the area near city hall mrt, all trying to catch a glimpse of the F1 action. i was like woo.. how e heck them manage to actally see.. being at that position basically means you're seperated by 1 green fence, 1 human crowd(pass holders) , 1 silver steel fence. really is catch a glimpse..

Cell group outing to malaysia kukup.
consisting of 3 cell groups, we gathering at IP on the early morning of 21st to take the bus in msia via 2nd linkway.

i realise that this is my first msia chop on my new passport. sheesh how long have i not go across the causeway.

anyways we arrived at our first stop for breakfast! yaYS! pop by a chocolate outlet near the coffeeshop. quite interesting they had a number of interesting favours like durian chocolate etc. more local mix i should say.

next stop ostrich farm.
had a brief introduction regarding the farm and the ostrich. it's meat is quite nice!! *slurps

pop by for lunch at some town.. where they serve mini lobster. nothing much in that town quite small prob can finish walking within half hour.

kota tinggi waterfalls was next.
i was expecting something more breathtaking, instead what greeted me was kinda erm..
nothing along the breathtaking line.. kinda dissapointed. some went ahead to have a dip in the refreshing water while the rest opt for dry land where games was held.

firefly attraction was next.
most of us(guys) was like.. huh.. firefly.. there's lots of them in tekong and gedong lor! but it's a new experience. usually we'll see a couple of them flying this time.. there's like literally hundreds of them around lighting up the trees along the bank like a christmas tree.

during the bus ride a paper was passed around whereby each of us had to write something on it to form a essay. basically you can write anything with or without logic in it. the end result it's like a totally mixed up but darn funny eassy. we were laughing so hard.

this day. 11k runners gathered for a 10K run organised by NIKE.
so called the Nike human race where 1M runner worldwide would be running on e same day.
The three supported charities were WWF , lance armstrong cancer foundation and lastly UNHRC. =)

As predicted the run route was not ideal as there's intersections and narrows paths.
but overall experience had been enjoyable.

Dinner at Astons

so here i'm nearly 1/4 century old, another phase of life had started.
gone were e days you mess ard without any care in life.
gone were e days of camping outfields
gone were e days of physical/ mental suffering
gone were e days of green
gone were e days of sun, sea and typhoons

In place came
everything also must ponder twice
everyday camp in office
everyday only doing finger exercise(typing emails reports and stuffs)
everyday different colours to wear
everyday see a panel of windows which indicates sunny or rainy

these 4 years has been really enjoyable,
thought mostly it's had been spent in green
it has no doubt been e most memorable part of my walk(i reckon any guys' walk)
days spent outfield,
days spent clubbing till wee hrs
days spent chao keng-ing
days spent tio takan
days spent tio sabo
days spent freezing in brunei and Nz
days spent sweating in Thailand
days spent eating sand/dust from Gedong
*every guy has a different experience*
days spent rolling/puking/fishing in the South China Sea.

this year is slightly different
i've got a couple of lovely ladies and a dear friend to celebrate with me.
thanks for the trouble and effort really appreciated it =)
Dinner was at Astons specialities(The Cathay)
got a couple of presents, and a nice rich chocolaty cake.
had some royce chocolates(champange nama which is nice!)
guess what's at home. another chocolate cake
it's a bad case of chocolate overdose!
but it had been fun =)

came back within projected timing. not a fantastic one but e reasonable one.
haha it's a timing none ard me would believe.
didn't even intent to wake up and run.. but no choice friend waiting downstairs already =\
so as usual 3 of us aloy, yankai and me met up for e run. e prolonged drizzle yesterday really did some heavy damage to the fields of padang. it had become a giant mud pool, shoes were muddy even before the run. i never like singapore runs..
99.999% is over-crowded unless you're standing in front or run darn fast, the chances of you getting stuck in mid pack is confirm guaranteed.
there's a change of route this year, we turn off earlier before the lao pa sa junction, up Benjamin shears, a loop ard ECP, then a present from our very own combat engineers.(combat engineer trail) which i shall not comment on it..after that comes the marina barrage which is quite a sweet spot =). loop around marine south(which all the steamboat is no longer there) and final stretch back to padang.
as usual saw lots of people along the way had fun catching up with their lifes cuz normally we dun meet up.

all done after e run we decide to go collect our nike race pack which was a totally wrong choice. e que start central.. snaked all e way back to liang court. this had to be the longest goodie bag collection any of us ever had.
so we decided to go back and collect tml instead in view of we're late for lunch gathering.

Had lunch at shokudo(raffles) with e ajax gang.celebrated aloy and my bday at ben's and jerry.

hmz.. july..
time whizz me by. yet another half a year gone.
Started work at K-line since july 1st. it's totally different from e previous jobs i've held. My first OFFICE job!! Seriously it's no joke just sitting there staring at your emails.

we've got a open concept cubicles.. plus my space it's just right next to a well worn-out path(e road to pantry and photocopier) means even more difficult to chao keng liao.. but never the less there's ways and means to keng(just like army har har)

Stoning and growing mushrooms is common a process, yet there's a different kinda of challenge. The kind with words, similarly portrayed in the movie "LAW by LAW"(izzit that movie name which epics office politics?) emails are the stones/arrows/missiles/SCUD/ICBM whatever you call it.. it's deadly.. but well *shurgs. otherwise work load so far is alright just abit of planning here and there.

Peeps ard are actually relatively fun bunch to be with, but again the tradition of the company over shadows the "i wanna make some noise mentality" resulting in a constant low decibels office. i could hear the whirling of the fan blades everyday.

so far overall experience has been interesting just need to be sharper and send less wrong emails haha.

reporting time was 1330. start time was 1430 argh.. 1 hr wait ahah
then came along. Aloysius! lolz then tian yu then samuel then someone else(can't remember the name)
but they're in a different cat. for them, they will have to wait till 1530 for e start up.
1426: "group 260 please gather at the holdng area" after the holding area we proceed to the start off place
it's another 15 mins wait. between each group there will be a 2 min interval.
finally it's our turn. at 1508 first thing cb said. "wah which way?" that got me laughing.
you'll be surprise there's actually water pt along the way up.
volunteers every 2 or 3 levels. but most of them is sleeping la abit demoralising so i decided to
wake them up as i went =P can't blame them for it anyway, they had been there since say 0700 in that confine space and humility
anyone is bound to proceed to lala land.
overall it has been a good experience. for those who think running up and running flat
is e same.. you're terribly wrong. both uses different muscle groups in the first place and
due to the confined space there's little air flow within e area.

FIR came to our church last week, super nice lah! rock on guys!

there's a slight change in my course of work, was transfered from RL to NFS simply cuz i itchy hand go put advanture sports in my resume.
so now i think i'm like stuck in North Face shop(suntec) so people looking for winter wear can pop by it's not going to be cheap though =)
this week has been really slow..maybe cuz of the flow within the shop.trickle is the word to describe the flow.
like that bo $$ liao lah..

IT fare is on for this week starting on thurs through sun. i went for a look on thurs boy oh boy you will be surpise by the
number of people there. i was like "eh. they all dun need to work one meh?"
bought a external hdd/thumb drive and a speaker.

been raining most of the days too, so basically not much runs sad.

finally complete my MIc class after like nearly 10 mths lolz. people take 2 weeks i took 10 mth. grrrr oh well =D
today God presence in the place was very tangible such a nice feeling. sigh..

flight SQ912 1345 flight out to phillippines.
1700 landed. e system onboard was jumpy can't even finish e movie secret =(
didn't manage to get our transport to our dive place cuz there's a slight mis-commuication.
end up we took a taxi to our resort costing 2.5 grand.
but it's a fun ride, e driver miss a turn and end up 7km off e intented turning pt.
but all is well at e end made it to e solona, mabini batangas just before dinner time ends.
not a bad place gd food gd ambience cheers!

moved out at 0900hrs.
first dive site was krabi. a wall dive quite nice but oncec my meter hit 2000. didn't felt right had a
nauseous feeling. After another 1000 i've reach my limited
signalling my DM, i surface and vomit straight out there goes my breakfast =(
felt light-headed after that and very nauseous not a very good feeling. ko for quite a long time.

went out to see e sea horses at dead plam. they are very small and well camoflaged in e ferns. you'll need a strobe light to see them.
today's dive was nice but get e head compression again when i start e descend but not as bad as yesterday's but today's water is coLD! my fingers actually turn
purple, i was like hugging my self through out e entire dive bleahz. miss out e second dive haiz wasted lor..
come so far to miss out so many trips but got a massage which was real shiok.

went out kayaking cold symtoms still persisted. check out at 1430 final price 15,173 peso = Sgd$561
price is abit steep but i'm not complainting the food/service was really good there's great dive sites.
Arrived at our hotel named discovery suites next to mega mall. flu got worst

hit mega mall(mm). it's huge.. took over 5 mins to walk from end to end(at my walking speed)
standing at 6 levels it's really a mega mall. went over to SM mall of asia later in e afternoon
manage to get hold of a cab with e help of a passerby who was really nice. she even go to e extent
of call and booking e cab for us and waited with us.
if you think mega mall was huge.. e moment i saw MOA(mall of asia) jaw drop.
it's divided into 5 different sections. north/main/south/central stage and pubs
mm took me 1 hr to cover. moa took me 2 hrs. totally crazy.
oh i bought my cold medication over there at watson. they too have a pharmency section but it's
futher divided into 2 section e first one will ask you what you want and get it for you. then e second one withh check your content
and settle your payment imagine waiting 15mins just to buy a panadol.
took a jeepny to edsa station and transfer to their mrt. it's quite samll.. and guess what.. the buses on e road just zoom pass us!
that's how slow but it's a sure way to avoid the killer traffic.

they did last min shopping while i slack in hotel again. return flight boarding time 1340
delayed till 1355 then i got in =/ e que was terrible.. i started que at 1315 just for e stamping of passport
waited till 1355.. argh! it's massive congestion outside as well shurgs.
i finally found ice wine. e same one i bought in Nz here in DFS! weee though e price is like nearly $15 more..

one conclusion to divers: never dive with a cold. it'll totally ruin your diving experience and is life threating =(
BUT will go again any takers? =D

finally i collected my pay today when one of my ex-colleague called me up to remind me.upon receiving e pay slip i realised.. it's 2 mths pay! no not a bonus.. but rather i didn't get the nov pay also. haha happy boi.

something else happen in office today. i learned that one of my ex-crew member went overboard. yes into south china sea near vietnam. They never found his body, they could not have anyway given the weather conditions. we were always joking and messing ard.. He was supposed to be transfered to another vessel next mth. oh well nothing is predicable.
His name is soy aye from mayanmar. He will be missed.
life as a sailor is never easy.
Think your job is crappy think of those who endured e oceans and hard-driven bosses to bring you the material and goods.

well enough of that. so today i went for my job orientation. there i found many other brands not heard of in e avg runner's world. yup. i'm working now part time in the running lab(novena sq) so if you need any running shoes or accessories do pop by.
we conduct runs every tue ard novena area ranging from 5-10k. hehe machiam advertising for them..

hmz.. dead blog haha.have been busy busy sailing ard and going on holiday. so now's a break.
finally ended my sailing and started e year with a great holiday with a group of wonderful people.

oh well am back from kimchi land.
overall it had been a enjoyabe trip 7days with CTC tour and 3d f&e.

020108- oz752 2240 flight out to korea

030108- 0545 landed in kimchi land link up with tour local guide ellena. who speak surprising good chinese. reason: she was once a chinese language teacher before she switched line.
0900 arrived at everland. there we had a first glimpsed of snow which comes in light flakes and over in just a matter of 2 mins.
1500 watched a musical titled wedding in the snow.it talk about how a male servent falls in love with the owner's daughter it also protray how traditional korean wedding is like.
1930 checked into dragon valley yongpyong ski resort. collected our ski gears before that. i got a all orange rig. like promoter for m1.

040108- 0900 first ski lesson, it's more like a basic crash course only taught us how to fall/get up/stop. he ciao half way lah! wth.. anyway it was a really fun day. for my refusal to pay the 48k unlimited chair lift up i climbed up the slope but it's worth it lah. super fun zipping down the slope and ard people haha.
2000 sledging one word shiok.

050108- 0800 went up dragon peak. gondola travel time is 30mins at a price of 12k. standing at 1488m it's refreshing cold. the wind that hit's you when the door open woohoo. shiok.
1300 seoraksan or also called mount sorak national park. took a 5 min cable car ride up. peak standing at 901m
1600 arrived at sorak waterpia which consist of indoor/outdoor water theme park and a suana. but since it's their holiday the theme park it's crawling with families argh. so decided to relax in their suana.

060108- 0800 depart sorak back for seoul. ladies dream, my nightmare. cuz it marks e start of shopping.
1100 visit to e president place.
1300 shopping starts at dongdaemun/myeongdong and itaewon
1830 check into hotel riviera
1930 got bored decided to go out jalan. nothing within 200m radius. so decide to get to e park i saw earlier it's called han gang park. it's seperated into many different sections along the han gang river. the olympic stadium sits just 1.5km away from our hotel.

070108- 1030 visit to korea famous product. not kim chi but rather ginseng.
1100 had facial lesson. yes you didn't read wrong.. we had facial lesson. really not my cup of tea haha.it's together with face shop so after e facial they usher us over to face shop. as compared it's much cheaper over here as in sg.
1430 namdaemun shopping.
1700 lotte world. nothing has change in both everland or lotte world. but in comparison everland personnel are more PR that's what i felt la.

080108- 0900 visit to amethyst center.
1030 hit sinchon(korea's ladies street)
1230 broke off with main body. proceed to our hostel(holiday in korea. nothing great about that place but they offers 24hr internet hurray for that.)
1630 arrived at prayer mountain great place but canteen food.. forget it better buy cup noodles.

090108- 0700 first bus down
1000 service in pst choi church yoido full gospel church.hang ard that area.
1430 offical check into hostel. 1530 went shopping again at dongdaemun.i learnt bargaining first hand.. haha

100108- basically spent this day rotting in hostel. they got cable! that why not that bored. haha

110108- 0900finally it snowed.
1130 checked out
1230 arrive at incheon airport snow got heavier.
1430 fianlly got our baggages checked in after more then half an hr in line. oz751 return flight.flight was delayed due to e snow.final flight timing was 1830, a 2 hrs delayed.
2350 touch down in sg

for this tour e timings are not jam pack together which is great. totally enjoyed myself even with e shopping part.

yes yes it's a ooooooold movie. watched over and over till it's so drilled in our head during ns times. but it's still a very good movie.
simple yet powerful movie.

spilt-sec decisions comes daily but does yours make a different? will it affect the integrity of your team.
each men is not his own he belong to the man beside him. if he falls you falls.
though many of you might think sure not. this world i eat you you eat me.. only e fittest survive. but come think of it how long can 1 man stand on his own? the best org ard be it big or just a small team are never individualistic but they support each other pooling their resources together. the romans legion employed this, the recent or rather not so recent movie 300 also showcase this point.

after a talk with my ocs buddy today. i realise something different style of training does make a different impact in our lives there's lots of examples but shan't touch on it ya. sensitive issues haha but ya. it's sort of leaves a residue pattern in our lives on how we react, how we tackle different issues.
life might be a vicious cycle but you can choose to end it or carry it on. whatever e decision it'll leave a impact.

back in sg after 2 weeks
went up to fang cheng in china.it use to be a small fishing village now building up as a port. it's stil a small area when you look at e map looks like a rectangle. 20mins walk for it's breath 30 for it's length(est-ed timing and walking at my speed(can use google earth to find it also ahah)
it's quite near vietnam so take 5 days to sail there

070507. ORD LOH!! haha this is a day where we finally get to see our pink ic.
there's a mixed emotion, glad that you're finally out of green.. but dreads the upcoming ICTs. but actually is sian cuz buddies you've grown to know and respect is going each of our seperate ways no longer can we crap in bunk, make a hell lot of noise, have steamboat, or those weds where we party till next morning. now we can only set a side a date for meeting up boring. anyway had a ORD dinner with my BMTC section C1S4. There's so much to catch up on all e stupid stuffs we did in bmtc and all e crazy stuffs.

went up to genting as a ord trip. wasn't suppose to go but cuz one of them call in sick.. so had to stand in for him since paid already dun wasted keke. finally went down to KL! went to e twin towers eh.. nothing much actually pretty much like our paragon. went to chinatown next well...nothing much again.. just a section of street for jalan jalan.. darn should have go times square.didn't really do much up there cuz lack of funds. stayed in First World Hotel e super duper colourful one. we had one of the better rooms cuz my friend aunt is some sort of vvip there it's quite big as compared to the normal one. but.. our's not e biggest! my friend's rm could easily fit in 8 of us. but we're e only one with a safe and a direct view of the park itself.

Next up was the Bn ord funtion held at pioneer spring @ Mt faber safra.food's not bad quite yummy anyway *slurps
the place is quite nice acutally just that the sound system sux! which dampen the mood alittle. but over all it's a good job done. well done guys!
there's also countless of lunch and dinner meet up. thanks guys for taking time out.
basically that sums up e two weeks from ORD date till now.

other then that most oft he time is spend stone-ing and gaming with my gaming kakis
all e crazy bunch where we would play till morning dawn just to make up for the future time i'll be losing duing my job haha. namely harrison wp aloy jl sometime ah du. haha now can go back to normal routine already. dun game so much! anyway thanks for the countless gaming hours and prata sessions.

Travel the world while you work sounds great? yup, it's part of my job to travel while working. Nah it's not up in the air but rather in e ocean. confine 24/7 to a mode of transport called ship. Once again i'm back as a cadet or rather assistant engineer they called it. would be on board Atalanta 1. An oil tanker which operates in the East china sea region and no.. it's not those super big ones just shy of 4000DWT(Dead Weight Ton a marine term for measuring ship's tonnage) so it's eh.. avg ship ship? There's goes my europe trip haha anyway should be back during christmas period i hope.. will try to update my blog if i get to use the com.

today SOTM lesson conclued the beattitudes. it's really one of the challenging sermons. it'll challange your thinking and character for it deals with your attitude.
mat 5:3-12 just these 9 versus took over 4 weeks showing how important it is. every versus would make you think hard and ponder on your past/current/future actions.
it's really greaT! moulds you into a stronger christian. too bad i'll be missing e next 7 lessons.. haiz oh well =)

ha.. finally back from Nz.
had a month of fun filled activities. only to end it with disappointing
there's nothing much to do in Ackland itself. visit Nz if your're e outdoor type..
those who are the shopping type sorry but there's nothing there..
the time spent in Nz was and interesting one. a large number of us(45th faocc) is actually involved be it as exercise troop, evaluators or safety officers. it's good to actually be able to gather together once again.

the exercise itself is comes with a different apporach cuz most of the time we have been training in limited vegetation of singapore.. now there's vast empty land with only shrubs. the temperature itself is also a big different the highest temperature is like 15 deg the coldest we ever got is 4 deg. 4deg outfield is no joke plus wind chill factor and rain it went further down to around -5 deg.
there's longer daylight sunrise0530 sunset2100 so daily activities are quite long.
with little sleep due to long hours of de-breif sessions

this week is superrrr long..
there's nothing in store for us. so bascially we just laze ard..
i remember there's one afternoon.. i was just sleeping the entire afternoon away..
it's like after lunch so nap abit.. after awhile and many positions "eh why still 1400 only.."had a hard time trying to get to sleep till dinner..
that's life in e cubicle no one know you're there till you make some noise or stand up.
had CLS on wed. not the chemcial life science.. but combat life saving course
had abit of fun with all e bandages and stuffs.
thurs was our Bn coh day. it's made up of games day(frisbee and dodgeball)
CO night(Ms 21SA, beer-a-lious and movie screening)
my batt won most of 2 of the 4 events.. it's like match fixing cuz we happening to be the organizing community haha.but seriously we won fair and square.Everyone had fun that's e impt part. Bring e BoOZe! 18 cartons of tiger it's any alcoholic dream night.
okie flying off to somewhere where e sheeps and cows ratio is 1:1 with singapore anyway after this everyone will be looking forward to one thing. ORD!!

'06 has ended. looking back truly quite alot had happen during this span of time. mistakes had been made, new friendships forged, been to new countries, commissioned,

being put through ocs was a lifetime experience, you'll do things you never thought possible, "welcome to hell" was e greeting sentence by the ic when i enquired about the wing i as going to. "i would not apologize for the tough but shiok training" was e fav line by my wing com. 3mths of pure crazy stuffs.. you guys rocks! *salute
6 mths of mental stress(arty all about brains)simply love you guys. haha all e crappy time we had together. places we've been. had lots of fun along e way
time we had at e parade sq. the moti talks by neo s.t. ga..
standing on that parade sq that day comes a mixed feeling. proud to wear that one single bar yet feels e burden to shoulder the task that's about to come to us.
as someone use to ask "what makes you so special?"(a 2hr dialoge session in lecture rm if you guys remember)
no longer we're ordered ard. but now we get pushed ard.
no longer we wait for things to happen now we make things happen.
so a large portion of this year is spent in OCS.

ga.. slacking around this few weeks. cuz the entire Bn is up in Aust.
nothing much to do.. e office has been quiet apart from the rats making a din..
time pass super slow everyday.
finally nearly everyone passesd their ippt. aparty from one.. but he's showing much improvement which is great! everyone shock by the results. so was i.. so was i..

been there done that! wooha!
as usual. every race day is packed like crazy w/ lots of hunks and babes ard.
suprising there's quite alot of full mara runners. this morning. all 5 of us had the same thought going through our sleepy minds.
"what the heck are we doing here..?"
anyways flag off at 6am.

manage to squeeze into e main stream from the side.. cuz someone was late and e toilet ques are quite long..
after flag off there's this normal routine of people running off to the side and do their little business. i thought it'll only happen in AHM.. haha
army has train us well..
it's quite and easy run till 27km.. then my legs gave way.. simply just collapse on e ground. a few runners came and help me out. it's super sian lah.. it like just 10m from the water pt.. cannot even make it there.. bleahz
con't till e 35k mark with cramps coming on and off.
the last 5 km was killer. cuz can't run e cramps kept hang ard.. bascially hopping all e way back.
2hrs for the last 5k.. terrible..
to everyone out there.. no harm trying out this run.. once a lifetime experience. just once can leh.. haha
Thank God for the runners that sooooo nice.

Anyway this week been super slow. everyone else has left for aust. leaving only 6 of us for e entire Bn so basically we're quite on lull and lots of DO duties to da.. wee DO for christmas. what a better day.. =\

Taichi has been the main execise this week. cuz you're a YSL(young 2nd leut) you get push ard.. emails dun get replied.. and free arrows for graps esp when there only 6 of us left.

Stand chart nxt week 42klick and omg.. we've only hit 5km this week.
we're so gonna walk through the 42. record is 8hrs. maybe can try for 9hr.. muhaha

Day1 061106/mon
(arrival at taiwan)
touch down about 1800hrs
took an hour bus ride into taipei from CKS airport
check into rainbow hotel. It's a great place! cuz it's smack in e middle of Ximending(XMD)
took e train down to shilin. but we got off e wrong stop.. which is called shilin station..
but e actual shilin night market is a stop before call jiantan. we didn't knoe it till we reach e end of shilin.. then we're like wth why got one station right in front of us..
but anyway shilin is quite crowded esp wkends. lots of stuffs to buy and eat. mostly is eating lah. shiok! got shilin chicken cutlet yum yum.

Day 2 071106/ Tue

Longshan temple is e first place we went to today. e cravings on e pillers and building itself is super nice! it's quite crowded even it's a weekday.
went down to CKS memo hall it's a very large area flank by their national theater and concert hall on either side. manage to catch the change of guards(not in plan). later we found out they will actually do a guard change every hour so we're e lucky ones.. haha
bought tickets to hualian at taipei main station. very confusing to use e system.. so we decided to ask e counter instead.. haha must simpler =P
next we head to e glory of asia. will still be till dubai's completes their part.
that's taipei 101. aiya.. primary objective there is just to take photo to prove we been there done that.. ahha hmz. it's bascially located in xinyi district. which has lots of shopping malls all ard.. those high class type go in see look smell and ciaoz.
wufenpu! that's e place where all ladies wanna be.. it's a very big bugis which consist primarily of 4 long streets and a clustered area. takes quite a while to cover everything
tons and tons of clothes. but not much eatery ard =(
Raohe night mkt was e last stop for today. very much like shilin but it only consist of a street. nothing much but lots of foooooDD!! =) there's a famous chou dou fu there and chicken cutlet(didn't eat too full).
head back to XMD. ga! even more food!! muhaha shop ard then RTU

Day 3 081106/Wed
(hualian/taroko gouge)

woke up quite early today. cuz have a train to catch muhaha.
3hr express train ride to hualian drift in and out of sleep.sleepyyy *yawns
upon arrival we went out to source of a form of transport to taroko gouge
we're apporach by this sweet lady who offered us NT600 each for e trip which was gd.
cuz we didn't wanted to join a tour group as there's time restriction on e palce you visit.
first stop eternal spring. a place build in memory of those who open e roads in taroko gouge.
next stop swallow gouge.. sad sad cuz now only left the holes but no swallows..
went up to tienshiang for lunch. finally got to eat wildboar !! muhaha kundos to those who catches them. cuz singapore one runs too fast.. went up a guangying temple over there. there's a tower right on top(those you see in chinese settings one.. many levels that kind)
had to awit for our turn to climb up cuz limited to 30 per time.. lots of students ard. heard is cuz they have just graduated. then e schools up north will send thier kids down south for visit and vice versa. imgaine those in singapore north going singapore south. bored to death man..okie. view up there is nice and windy.
requested to proceed to baiyang waterfall. dumb dumb all of us forgot to bring torch light.
it's 2.2k to e waterfall. reminder to bring a torch forthose reading.. there's lots of tunnels although only e first and last requires but it's always gd to have.. so dun ahve to feel your way ard. right at e end is water curtain tunnel.. there's a small path at e side (sure wet one.. ) super fun cuz you can only feel e side and move along beside e path is a waterway alreadys so unless you're feeling garung..
on our way back we went to cising beach. very nice place. e sea is actually blue nice place to chill out haha. they had pebbles instead of sand.
back to hualian for dinner. there's this shop that's sells fish porridge and stuffs darn gd. *yummy bought mochi from there nice nice. felt cheated.. cuz i wanted to rent a bike for e trip but nvm.. haha save e trouble.

Day 4 091106/Thur
Yangmingshan/Danshui

woke up abt 9. met up with aloy and gang near ximen station.
waited for e bus 260.. darn long lorz.. like ½hr comes once..zzz we're like eh this correct bus stop or not.. anyway it's an hour bus ride up to yangmingshan. it's those small 20 pax bus so had to squeeze.upon arrival we went to e visitor center which is 700m away from e busstop.. once there we took a bus up to xiaoyunkeng a place where we'll be starting our climb up Mt cising. upon arrival.. we saw aiya.. okie one lah 15mins up.. so with only a small red bean bun(which i bought 2 days ago still in yankai bag) and 1.5L of water we started our climb. time passes.. once i pass e first knoll.. thought reach alreadys cuz got a platform there. Then a couple walk pass.. i ask "zao an. ni men shi chong na ni gou lai de?"
their reply "cong cising zhu ding." omg.. so i ran along e path.. once i hit e bend.. omg.. there's it is.. 1 klick away.. our objective. after some climbing we finally reach e top. quite a sight to behold but lots of clouds so can't really see much.
Mt cising is e tallest peak in that area standing at 1120m above sea level. it's been a crazy climb up. but alot more enjoyable cuz no load! okie inf guys i take back my word. taiwan mountains super xiong with load. cheerS!

there's lots of hotspring scattered ard yangming shan area. for those on budget can alawys use those lots of free one ard too. if feeling rich then can head to Beitou area.
another hour of squeezy squashy bus ride down. we head next to Danshui to catch the sun set. it's very nice place with lots of fooDdddddd!! iron egg, tall ice-creams, squids, ah gay(tofu with mian xian inside super nice), some bing(can't remember what), rou bao, prawn sticks wah.. heaven haha.. eat till super full. anyway all e famous stores are just long e middle street right at e end.
qingren ma tou.. looks just like our ocs link bridge.. maybe it's e company lah..anyway to reach there you need to take a boat ride over.

woke up at 9 again. tired out from yesterday hike.. haha. went sys memorial hall. there's lots of art students area. quite interesting to see them in action. thier drawing style is quite different.
went down wufenpu again to get some clothes. yeah!
kwanghau elect is e nest place we went to. e computers thier selling is cheaper then what we have in spore.*hint Ps3 coming out on 17th in taiwan.. darn should have order then sell here.. lolz saw yesterday's new people in US fight over Ps3. can see over US$3k darn!

back to XMD today alot more people. friday friday haha. there's street performance all ard.RTU.
